Deltacubes - Performance Test Engineer - JMeter/Gatling

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for software products.

- Develop automated test scripts using Playwright and related automation technologies.

- Perform performance and load testing using k6 or similar tools.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.

- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.

- Analyze test results, document defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.

- Collaborate directly with US customers to understand requirements, address issues, and provide testing updates.

- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience as a Test Automation Engineer.

- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.

- Experience with k6 or similar performance/load-testing tools such as :

1. JMeter

2. Gatling

3. Locust

4. Artillery

- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and QA methodologies.

- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with US customers and distributed teams.

- Experience in software product development companies.

Availability & Work Hours :

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Must be comfortable working in EST working hours.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience working in product-based software organizations.

- Strong ownership of end-to-end test automation and quality engineering.

- Comfortable collaborating with international customers and cross-functional engineering teams.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced product development environment.
