C++ Lead (Backend)

About the Role :

We are looking for a C++ Lead (Backend) to architect and build ultra-low-latency trading systems for cryptocurrency markets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will contribute as an individual contributor while also leading and mentoring a team of engineers. You will be responsible for designing core trading infrastructure, driving technical decisions, ensuring engineering excellence, and managing team delivery to build scalable, high-performance, and reliable trading solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Architect and build ultra-low latency trading infrastructure.

- Lead development of OMS, execution engines, and market data platforms.

- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability.

- Design exchange connectivity using REST, WebSocket, and FIX.

- Mentor engineers and define technical architecture.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of Modern C++ (C++17/20) development.

- Strong expertise in low-latency, multithreaded, distributed systems.

- Extensive experience in HFT, algorithmic trading, electronic trading, market making, or exchange connectivity.

- Strong Linux systems programming, networking, and PostgreSQL experience.

- Experience with crypto or capital markets is highly preferred.
