Delta Technology & Management Services - Full Stack Developer

ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, focused on building modern web applications using AI-assisted development tools. Responsibilities include integrating AI-generated code, managing APIs and databases, and implementing DevOps practices. Ideal for someone passionate about innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications using TypeScript, React for the frontend, and Node.js for the backend.

- Leverage AI code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cline, Open AI Codex, Amazon Code Whisperer, internal LLMs) to accelerate development, prototype features, and generate boilerplate code.

- Employ effective prompt engineering techniques to guide AI tools in generating accurate, efficient, and secure code snippets and solutions.

- Building the AI Agents and workflow automation using tools like n8n, Zapier, LangChain etc.)

- Integrate AI-generated code seamlessly into existing codebases, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

- Develop and manage robust, scalable APIs and integrate with third-party services.

- Design and maintain MySQL/PostgreSQL database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity.

- Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure monitoring.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, other engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.

- Actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, identifying areas for improvement and AI-assisted refactoring.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI development tools, full-stack technologies, and industry best practices.

- Contribute to a culture of rapid iteration, continuous improvement, and results-driven development.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION :

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React for front-end development and Node.js for back-end development.

- Solid experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL or other relational databases, including schema design and query optimization.

- Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

- Experience with API integration (RESTful, GraphQL).

- Demonstrable experience or strong interest in prompt engineering and using AI tools for code generation and development assistance.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

- Proven ability for rapid learning and adapting to new technologies, especially in the AI space.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
