Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Delphix Engineer with strong expertise in Test Data Management (TDM), Data De-identification, and Masking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the Delphix platform, along with knowledge of synthetic data generation techniques, and should be able to deliver secure, on-demand test data solutions for enterprise applications.
The candidate should also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while aligning with organizational data needs and roadmaps.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Implement, configure, and maintain Delphix test data management solutions.
- Design and execute data de-identification and masking strategies to ensure compliance and data security.
- Develop and support synthetic data generation capabilities to meet testing requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide faster turnaround of test data generation.
- Ensure integration of test data with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-hosted platforms (optional but desirable).
- Provide expertise in data virtualization, cloning, masking, and provisioning using Delphix.
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery of test data.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Test Data Management tools.
- 3+ years working on Delphix platform with data de-identification and masking.
- 2+ years of experience with synthetic data generation.
- Strong understanding of data masking, subsetting, and virtualization.
- Nice to have: Experience with Python and .NET for automation and integration.
- Optional: Experience with cloud-hosted platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
