Delphi Developer - SQL Server

Role : Delphi Developer.

Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week).

Contract Duration : Long Term.

Work Hours : Standard (Must work until 11:30am EST).

Work Schedule : 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri).

Location : Hybrid India (3x days onsite/week in India).

We are seeking an experienced Delphi Developer to maintain and enhance legacy Windows applications while contributing to new (greenfield) projects.

The role involves full SDLC responsibilities including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on SQL Server development.

Responsibilities :

- Translate requirements from legacy Delphi systems into new solutions.

- Write and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data models.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and product owners.

- Document processes and solutions using Confluence, JIRA, and related tools.

Requirements :

- Strong SQL Server (2012+) skills, including T-SQL and stored procedures.

- Experience with object-oriented design principles and patterns.

- Familiarity with Delphi package development and RDBMS modeling.

- Knowledge of source control, versioning, and release management.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
