Delphi Developer

Job Description :

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Delphi Developer to join our team.

As a Senior Delphi Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in an object-oriented environment.

You must have excellent programming skills, including strong experience in Delphi and understanding of design patterns and best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications.

- Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.

- Analyze system requirements and develop software solutions that meet business needs.

- Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.

- Estimate the time required to complete development tasks and report progress to project manager.

- Help mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements :

- 5-6 years of experience in software development, specifically with Delphi.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Experience with SQL Server is a plus.
