We are seeking an experienced DELMIA Apriso Architect / MES Developer to design, develop, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions that enhance production efficiency and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in DELMIA Apriso or similar MES platforms, with strong experience in system architecture, solution design, integration, and Industry 4.0 implementations. You will play a pivotal role in defining the MES technical vision, ensuring scalability, and aligning solutions with global manufacturing standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Design and architect end-to-end MES/MOM solutions using DELMIA Apriso or other leading MES platforms.

- Define and maintain the MES/MOM architectural vision and technical roadmap aligned with business objectives and enterprise IT strategy.

- Ensure MES solutions comply with ISA-95 and MESA standards for interoperability and consistency across manufacturing systems.

- Create comprehensive technical design documents, solution blueprints, and integration frameworks for MES implementations.

- Define best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines for MES development teams.

Development & Integration :

- Develop, configure, and customize MES applications within DELMIA Apriso to meet manufacturing process requirements.

- Integrate MES solutions with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle), SCADA, PLM, and IIoT platforms.

- Design and implement data exchange mechanisms (APIs, Web Services, MQTT, OPC-UA, etc.) to ensure seamless connectivity.

- Ensure high availability, security, and performance optimization of MES applications in production environments.

- Troubleshoot complex MES issues and provide technical support for existing deployments.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable MES solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to MES development teams.

- Participate in code reviews, solution validation, and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Drive continuous improvement through adoption of modern technologies, DevOps practices, and Industry 4.0 concepts.

- Communicate architectural recommendations, solution strategies, and technical roadmaps to stakeholders and senior management.

Agile Project Delivery :

- Work within Agile (Scrum or Kanban) frameworks for iterative and timely delivery of MES features and enhancements.

- Collaborate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical grooming sessions.

- Ensure that deliverables align with defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4- 12 years of experience in MES/MOM solution design and development, with at least 3+ years in DELMIA Apriso.

- Strong understanding of ISA-95, MESA models, and manufacturing process digitalization.

- Proven experience integrating MES with ERP, SCADA, and IIoT systems.

- Hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and DELMIA Apriso Frameworks (Process Builder, Business Integration Services, etc.).

- Experience with manufacturing operations management concepts production execution, quality management, material tracking, and performance analytics.

- Familiarity with cloud, edge, and hybrid MES architectures.

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
