- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Monitor project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues
Client & Stakeholder Management :
- Manage client expectations and communication
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and dashboards
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle change requests and scope management
Team & Resource Management :
- Manage delivery teams, including allocation, utilization, and productivity
- Work with recruitment and HR for staffing and capacity planning
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance
- Ensure team adherence to processes and best practices
Process & Quality Management :
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Drive quality standards, reviews, and compliance
- Promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence
Financial & Operational Management :
- Track project financials, billing, margins, and utilization
- Support invoicing and revenue recognition
- Identify and mitigate delivery and cost risks
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong experience in software project / program delivery
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and delivery models
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
- Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
Good to Have :
- Experience managing large or complex programs
- Exposure to cloud, data, or enterprise applications
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
