Delivery Manager/Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and align deliverables with business goals.

- Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, skill development, and overall team performance.

- Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates, escalations, and feedback.

- Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

- Report key delivery metrics and insights to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver AI powered B2B solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, AI/ML, Microservices, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and AWS.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of execution quality.
