- Experience : 8 to 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Oracle EBS project delivery.

- Domain Expertise : Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.14, especially in Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA) and Supply Chain (PO, INV, OM).

- Project Management : Proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP implementations or major enhancements.

- Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with business users, vendors, and leadership.

- Vendor Management : Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Oracle implementation partners.

- Certifications (Preferred) : PMP, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), or equivalent.

- Lead the delivery of Oracle EBS projects and enhancements across Financials, Supply Chain, and custom modules.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives.

- Manage outsourced development teams and vendor partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Own the implementation lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, security, and quality standards.

- Proactively identify risks and issues, and drive resolution in coordination with stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates to senior management and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and solution performance.
