An experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in Data Engineering, Data Pipelines, ETL Development, and Delivery Management.

Technical Expertise :

- Expertise in Ab Initio & Debezium for CDC implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end data engineering projects, leading teams of 1025 members, ensuring successful project delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data engineering projects, ensuring all milestones are met within defined timelines and quality standards.

- Oversee the design and implementation of robust ETL frameworks and data pipelines to facilitate seamless data movement across disparate enterprise systems.

- Manage cross-functional teams of data engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and agile delivery.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and data integration strategies.

- Drive the adoption of advanced data capture methodologies, including CDC and Debezium, to optimize real-time data streaming and synchronization.

- Mitigate project risks by proactively identifying bottlenecks in data migration processes and implementing effective technical solutions.
