Delivery Manager - AI Platform

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and process-driven Delivery Manager to lead and execute mission-critical projects for HYI.AI, our cutting-edge AI platform. This role demands a proven leader with strong technical insight, exceptional team management skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and bug-free. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring disciplined execution, and delivering value through a scalable, well-documented, and error-free solution.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Delivery & Execution :

- Own end-to-end responsibility for all HYI.AI project deliveries.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, schedules, resource assignments, and risk management strategies.

- Monitor and ensure delivery qualityachieving zero-critical bug releases by enforcing strict QA standards.

Process & Methodology :

- Implement Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks effectively across multiple teams.

- Promote and enforce CI/CD pipelines, code quality checks, unit testing, and automated regression tests.

- Ensure compliance with project documentation, audits, and delivery sign-offs.

Talent Management & Team Leadership :

- Assemble and lead high-performance, multidisciplinary teams (AI/ML engineers, data scientists, backend/frontend developers, QA, DevOps).

- Conduct performance reviews, skill gap assessments, and drive continuous upskilling of team members.

- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and innovation.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement :

- Translate complex technical requirements into clear project goals and timelines.

- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks clearly to clients, product owners, and executive leadership.

- Act as a point of escalation for resolving cross-functional issues.

- Quality, Compliance, and Risk Control

- Proactively identify technical and project risks; drive resolutions quickly and transparently.

- Ensure code delivery meets both internal standards and external compliance/security benchmarks.

- Prepare for and lead project audits, reviews, and post-mortems.

Key Success Metrics :

- 100% on-time delivery rate for all assigned HYI.AI projects.

- <1% post-production defects.

- Delivery team performance rating > 9/10.

- Team retention and internal promotion ratio > 95%.

- Continuous improvement of delivery velocity sprint-over-sprint.

Key Skills & Qualifications Required :

- Proven delivery of high-impact AI/SaaS/enterprise software projects with zero missed deadlines or post-launch bugs.

- Hands-on experience in managing AI/ML and data engineering projects (NLP, predictive analytics, computer vision preferred).

- Proficiency with project management tools : Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, Confluence, etc.

- Knowledge of modern DevOps tools : Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications preferred).

- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Background working in or with AI-first platforms like HYI.AI.

- Understanding of AI lifecycle management, data governance, and AI ethics.

- Certifications : PMP, Prince2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent
