About the Opportunity :

You will own the delivery of a strategic, high-visibility BFSI initiative for a key client. With full responsibility for execution, you will bring together technology, product, and operations to deliver compliant, high-quality, AI-enabled solutions on time ensuring outcomes that create meaningful business value.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of software projects: from scope finalization to go-live and post-launch enhancements.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders: manage expectations, ensure clarity, and build strong delivery relationships.

- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks while coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Data, QA, Ops).

- Define and track project plans: milestones, risks, schedules, budgets, and performance KPIs.

- Drive delivery governance: weekly reviews, status reports, escalation handling, compliance checks.

- Ensure product quality through structured QA, validation, and UAT processes especially for AI/ML-powered components.

- Lead customer onboarding, training, documentation, and change-management for product adoption.

- Promote delivery excellence via process standardization and operational best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior delivery/implementation team members; foster a culture of accountability and ownership.

- Support leadership with delivery insights for planning, forecasting, and scaling.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Must-Haves :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software delivery or project coordination roles.

- Solid understanding of SDLC and full-stack software fundamentals (e.g., REST APIs, cloud basics, database concepts).

- Demonstrated success in delivering projects involving cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, organization, and client-management skills.

- Able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment proactive, structured, problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Experience in AI/ML product delivery.

- Exposure to automotive, industrial, or manufacturing domains.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps workflows.
