We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead in SAP Analytics to oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP analytics projects involving SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA (Native Modeling), [good to have -SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Datasphere] [Strong in atleast 2 areas of SAP Analytics]. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering diverse project types across industries.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong delivery experience in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Native Modeling, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Datasphere.

- Hands-on experience in delivering multiple project types :

- Greenfield implementations

- Migrations (e.g., BW to Datasphere)

- Hybrid architectures

- Reporting & dashboarding solutions

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proven experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and presenting solutions.

- Understanding of data modeling principles, data integration, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance practices.

- Knowledge of ODP, OData, SDI, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems.
