Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Lead located in Noida. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for the successful deployment, adoption, and performance of the FarEye SaaS platform across customers in the assigned region. This role ensures project success through effective planning, execution, stakeholder management, and post-go-live governance. The position carries accountability for key business outcomes

including on-time delivery, profitability, customer satisfaction (cNPS), and team engagement (eNPS).

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Delivery & Execution :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of the FarEye platform for enterprise customers in the region.

- Own delivery timelines, scope, and quality to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support) for smooth execution.

- Ensure projects meet internal governance, documentation, and compliance standards.

2. Regional Performance & Profitability :

- Own the regional P&L for implementation engagements.

- Optimize resource utilization and delivery costs while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

- Track and improve key financial metrics such as gross margin and project profitability.

3. Customer Success & Relationship Management :

- Serve as the key point of contact for enterprise customers during and post-implementation.

- Drive strong customer satisfaction (cNPS) through proactive engagement and transparent communication.

- Identify opportunities for upsell, expansion, and referenceable success stories.

4. People Leadership :

- Manage a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Implementation Consultants.

- Drive employee engagement, learning, and retention across the regional delivery team (eNPS).

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

5. Governance & Reporting :

- Set up a regular steering committee and review mechanisms with internal and customer stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate project dashboards, risk logs, and delivery metrics.

- Provide executive-level reporting on project health, delivery performance, and risk mitigation plans.

6. Continuous Improvement & Change Management :

- Partner with customer change management teams to ensure adoption of the FarEye platform.

- Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and implementation best practices.

- Contribute feedback to the product roadmap based on implementation insights.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 8-12 years of experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise project management, or logistics technology delivery.

- Strong understanding of supply chain or logistics operations.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country SaaS deployments.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred.
