Delivery Head/Technical Project Manager

Job Summary :

We are hiring an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and Agile delivery. The candidate will lead engineering teams, manage end-to-end project delivery, and ensure scalable, high-quality enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor Java development teams.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery and client coordination.

- Design and oversee Java/Microservices-based applications.

- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, estimations, and release planning.

- Ensure code quality, CI/CD implementation, and production support.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.

- Handle technical escalations, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of Java/J2EE /.Net/Python/Database experience (any 1 programming language).

- 3+ years of Technical Delivery/Team Management experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.

- Experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- AWS/Azure/GCP cloud experience.

- Docker & Kubernetes exposure.

- CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Harness.

- Kafka, TDD/BDD, and DevOps exposure.

- Experience in cloud migration and modernization projects.
