Position Overview :

We are seeking an exceptional Delivery Head & Full Stack Solution Architect to lead enterprise-grade technology initiatives and drive delivery excellence across distributed teams.

This dual-role position requires a seasoned technology leader who can architect complex cloud-native solutions while managing end-to-end delivery for mission-critical applications in the Banking and Finance sector.

The ideal candidate will bridge technical excellence with strategic leadership, managing cross-functional teams across onsite (PST) and offshore locations while ensuring architectural consistency, delivery quality, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

Delivery Leadership :

- Lead and manage a team of 20 engineers @offshore location and co-ordinate with onsite (PST).

- Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes

- Establish and optimize delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices aligned with Agile/Kanban methodologies

- Manage stakeholder relationships with banking clients, translating business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps

- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and delivery cadence across distributed teams

- Implement risk mitigation strategies and proactively resolve delivery impediments

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence

- Mentor and develop team members, driving skill enhancement and career growth

Solution Architecture :

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions for Banking and Finance applications

- Define technical strategy and architecture blueprints for large-scale distributed systems

- Lead architecture reviews, design patterns, and technology selection aligned with business goals

- Architect microservices ecosystems, event-driven platforms, and API-first architectures

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (PCI DSS, GDPR) and banking security protocols

- Drive cloud migration initiatives and modernization of legacy applications to Azure

- Establish enterprise security architecture using OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, and JWT

- Create and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and governance frameworks

Technical Leadership :

- Provide hands-on technical guidance across the full technology stack (.NET Core, Angular, ReactJS, Azure)

- Lead proof-of-concepts and spike solutions for complex technical challenges

- Establish DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code practices

- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI) to enhance productivity

- Ensure code quality, security standards, and performance optimization across applications

- Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to embed security throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, architecture, and delivery management

- 5+ years in leadership roles managing distributed teams (10-20 members)

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise applications in Banking, Finance, or Healthcare

- Extensive experience architecting cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure

- Strong background in both onsite-offshore coordination and managing PST time zone interactions

Technical Expertise :

- Full Stack Development : Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Angular, ReactJS, and Python

- Cloud Platforms : Deep expertise in Azure services (Web Jobs, Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, APIM, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Storage etc)

- Architecture Patterns : Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API Management

- DevOps : Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, YAML-based CI/CD pipelines

- Security : Strong knowledge of OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure AD B2C, JWT, SSO, and compliance frameworks

- Databases : SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Redis

- APIs : REST APIs, Graph QL, OData, Microsoft Graph APIs

- Testing : xUnit, Moq, automated testing frameworks

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

- Strong ability to bridge technical and business domains effectively

- Proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) with tools like JIRA, Azure Boards

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities

- Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams

- Strong facilitation skills for architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical workshops

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications : Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-305 or equivalent), Leadership certifications

- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph APIs, and SharePoint Embedded

- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT-enhanced workflows)

- Knowledge of PCI DSS (Banking/Finance) compliance

- Experience with Power BI for analytics and reporting

- Background in product engineering or SaaS platforms

- Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities
