Delivery Head

Experience :

- 7+ years experience building teams in India for modern software application developments for US-based organizations (Should have done it at least 2 times)

- Experience working in smaller, entrepreneurial organizations in the last 10 years

- Ability to attract, retain and manage senior and high performing software engineering talent and back office talent

- Strong ability to set up processes, track KPIs and build consistent cultures

- Strong operations experience with P&L understanding

- Strong executive presence and client facing personality

- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including conflict-resolution, client management, and negotiation (MSA/SOWs)

- Knowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resources
