OS1 offers a suite of cutting-edge logistics solutions, and this role is specifically for TransportOne, our advanced Transportation Management System (TMS). TransportOne streamlines freight operations with four core capabilities: load planning, procurement, freight execution, and billing. It optimizes FTL and LTL movements, reducing costs through automation and seamless carrier integration. Designed for scalability, TransportOne enhances efficiency, visibility, and control over transportation workflows.

What you will do :

- Partner closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to build a world class TMS.

- Conduct thorough user acceptance testing and solicit customer feedback to validate solutions

- Analyze product usage metrics and user behavior patterns to identify improvement opportunities.

- Prioritize features and improvements based on data-driven insights and business impact

- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand market demands and gather voice-of-customer feedback.

- Drive continuous product improvement through regular retrospectives and iteration cycles.

Requirements :

- Demonstrated experience writing clear product requirements and working effectively with engineering teams.

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand API architectures and integration challenges.

- Advanced proficiency in data analysis using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools.

- Experience with agile product development methodologies.

- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Whimsical, or similar knowledge of transportation management

systems or logistics operations is preferred but not required.

- Experience gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to inform product decisions
