Job Summary:

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React, and MongoDB, python. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for creating seamless and responsive user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement user interfaces using React.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the user experience.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js.

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications.

- Work with databases (MongoDB) to design and manage data models.

- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

- Work with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience :

- Proficient in Node.js and Python for backend development.

- Strong experience with React for front-end development.

- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.

Skills :

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
