Description:

- Salesforce Administration

- Oversee and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

- Configure and customize Salesforce by creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and flows.

- Manage configuration changes including page layouts, record types, and apps.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Perform data management tasks imports, exports, de-duplication, and data cleansing to ensure data integrity.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.

- Salesforce Development

- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Triggers, and related Salesforce tools.

- Extend Salesforce functionality using declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware for seamless data exchange.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Diagnose and resolve functional or performance issues efficiently.
