The Quadient Inspire Architect is a senior-level technical lead responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. With a minimum of 4 years of specialized experience, you will act as the primary authority on the Quadient Inspire suite, overseeing large-scale migrations from legacy systems and the creation of complex, multi-channel document workflows. This role demands mastery across the entire Quadient ecosystem including Designer, Automation, Scaler, and Interactive to deliver high-volume batch, real-time, and personalized interactive communications. You will be expected to provide strategic inputs on solution design, conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), and ensure that the enterprise environment is scalable and aligned with global delivery standards.

Responsibilities :

- Solution Architecture & Design : Architect enterprise-grade CCM solutions, mapping business use cases to Quadient module capabilities for batch, real-time, and interactive delivery.

- Module Implementation : Lead the technical configuration and deployment of Inspire Designer, Automation, Scaler, Content Manager, and Interactive modules.

- Legacy Migration Leadership : Define and execute roadmaps for migrating complex document forms and workflows from legacy systems (e.g., OpenText Exstream, GMC) to Quadient Inspire.

- Complex Document Composition : Design and create high-fidelity documents ranging from simple letters to complex interactive proposals and personalized statements.

- Data & Logic Engineering : Oversee data input, data-processing, layout design, and imposition within Inspire Designer, ensuring accurate data-driven content personalization.

- Workflow Automation : Implement Inspire Automation and Approve Workflow modules to streamline document production cycles and quality control processes.

- Environmental Governance : Provide expert guidance on tool configurations and environment setups to meet enterprise scalability and security standards.

- POC & Demonstration : Conduct technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts to help clients envision future-state digital communication transformations.

- Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the technical liaison between business clients, domain SMEs, and offshore teams in a global delivery model.

- Project Oversight : Manage risk, quality control, and scheduling for medium-to-large projects, providing high-level estimates for feature implementations.

Technical Requirements :

- Core Experience : 8+ years of intensive, hands-on experience specifically in Quadient Inspire (formerly GMC Inspire).

- Product Mastery : Extensive knowledge of Connect Interactive, Mobile Advantage, Scalar, and Approve Workflow modules.

- Design Skills : Expert-level proficiency in Inspire Designer for data-processing, report generation, and complex layout imposition.

- Integration & Migration : Proven experience in systems integration, data migration, and product legacy modernization.

- Delivery Models : Demonstrated ability to design documents for Batch, On-Demand (Real-time), and Interactive delivery channels.

- Documentation : Ability to create technical design documents and architectural blueprints for complex CCM ecosystems.

Preferred Skills :

- Cross-Tool Exposure : Experience or exposure to other Document Composition tools (e.g., OpenText Exstream, Adobe Experience Manager, or Pitney Bowes) is a significant advantage.

- Interactive Statements : Specialized experience in generating personalized, interactive digital statements using Quadient.

- Scalability Focused : Ability to suggest process refinements and customizations that future-proof the product for high-volume enterprise needs.
