DBP - Python Automation Tester - Software Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, and testing.

- Execute test cases manually and automate them where feasible.

- Analyze test results, identify and document defects, and track them to resolution.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and identify testing scenarios.

- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other agile ceremonies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

Qualifications :

- 3 - 5 years of software validation test experience.

- Strong Python programming skills.

- Experience with at least one Python testing framework (pytest, unittest).

- Experience with API testing and test automation.

- Experience with SQL and databases.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
