This role requires a strong techno-functional professional with mandatory domain experience in Telecom - Service Assurance and a solid understanding of networking concepts.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, leveraging knowledge of modern data components like Kafka, NiFi, HBASE, and Graph Databases to design and document scalable solutions.

Primary Responsibility & Core Functions :

Domain and Technical Analysis :

- Leverage Telecom - Service Assurance domain experience with a strong knowledge in networking concepts to understand and contextualize business problems.

- Utilize Experience in Requirements Gathering methodologies, combined with proficient data analysis skills, to define and prioritize functional and non-functional needs.

- Maintain a Good understanding of technical components used in the platform, including Kafka (for real-time data streaming), NiFi (for data flow management), HBASE (for high-volume storage), Graph Database, and Postgres (for relational data).

Solution Design and Documentation :

- Demonstrate the Ability to understand the functional design and design the technical solution using the specific components involved in the platform architecture.

- Possess proven Experience in documenting the detailed design, specifically creating Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).

- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure technical solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with business objectives.

Process and Stakeholder Management :

- Exhibit proficiency in using collaboration and project management tools, specifically Jira and Confluence, for tracking requirements, managing tasks, and maintaining documentation.

- Employ Good communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate discussions, negotiate scope, and report progress to both business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Domain Expertise : Experience in Telecom - Service Assurance domain and strong knowledge in networking concepts.

Technical Components : Good understanding of Kafka, NiFi, HBASE, Graph Database, and Postgres.

Analysis & Documentation : Proven experience in Requirements Gathering with data analysis skills and documenting detailed designs (FDD and TDD).
