Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect - Oracle Apps to lead and support our internal Oracle Applications initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across HCM, SCM, and Finance modules, along with a solid understanding of their functional aspects. This role demands strong architectural skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical architecture and design of Oracle Apps solutions across HCM, SCM, and Finance modules.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices and coding standards.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define integration strategies and system enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with internal standards and security protocols.

- Participate in planning, estimation, and execution of Oracle Apps projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10-15 years of experience in Oracle Applications with strong technical expertise.

- Proficiency in Oracle HCM, SCM, and Finance modules.

- Good functional understanding of business processes in HR, Supply Chain, and financial domains.

- Experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and data models.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle certifications in relevant modules.

- Experience in Agile methodologies.

- Exposure to integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, OIC).
