We are seeking an expert-level Senior Qualtrics Developer (6+ years experience) with mandatory expert-level configuration and dashboard design skills to manage enterprise XM programs. The ideal candidate will design complex Qualtrics surveys, configure advanced logic, automations, and data structures, and drive the integration of Qualtrics with core enterprise systems (CRM, HR) using APIs or ETL tools. Key responsibilities include managing data governance, establishing reporting standards, analyzing feedback data to generate insights, and ensuring platform best practices for business users.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables :

Qualtrics Platform Design and Configuration :

- Design advanced Qualtrics surveys, workflows, dashboards, and complex XM programs (e.g., Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX)).

- Configure intricate logic, automations, triggers, and embedded data structures within the Qualtrics platform to ensure data quality and automate feedback loops.

- Establish and enforce data governance policies and reporting standards across all managed XM programs.

- Manage distribution strategies for surveys, ensuring high response rates and appropriate sampling methodologies.

Integration and Data Management :

- Integrate Qualtrics with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), HR systems (e.g., Workday), and external analytics tools.

- Utilize technical skills to implement integration solutions via APIs, webhooks, or ETL tools (preferred), ensuring real-time or near real-time data synchronization.

- Analyze complex feedback data using statistical methods within Qualtrics or external tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Platform Governance and Training :

- Train business users across various departments on using Qualtrics dashboards, reporting features, and adhering to survey design best practices.

- Maintain platform best practices, optimizing licenses, user roles, and security configurations to ensure a robust and scalable enterprise solution.

- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the XM program architecture based on new Qualtrics feature releases and business needs.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ year's experience with customer experience, HR analytics, or survey platform management.

- Platform Expertise : Expert-level Qualtrics platform configuration and dashboard design.

- Analysis : Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

- Core Tasks : Experience designing surveys, configuring workflows, automations, and managing data governance.

Preferred Skills :

- Integration : Experience integrating Qualtrics via APIs, webhooks, or ETL tools.

- Certifications in Qualtrics Expert or Master certifications (CX/EX).

- Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation outside the platform.

- Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts for integration projects.
