We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (6+ years experience) proficient in ASP.NET, .NET Core 3.x, and Microsoft SQL Server, with mandatory demonstrated experience in Azure Cloud Services (Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Microservices). The role involves migrating legacy systems, developing scalable applications, and ensuring technical quality.

Key responsibilities include rigorous code quality reviews, diagnosing system problems, proactively engaging in the Agile process (refinement and sizing tasks), and collaborating effectively within a cross-functional platform team to deliver innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables :

- Be responsible for the development and technical quality of applications, platforms, and related integrations, focusing on functional and scalable solutions.

- Develop and maintain functional, scalable, and innovative applications that meet business requirements, specifically focusing on migrating legacy systems to new technology.

- Demonstrate Mandatory technical experience across the stack : ASP.NET, .NET 4.0 or above, .NET Core 3.x, and Microsoft SQL Server.

- Review and improve code quality, contributing to and complying with development best practices and standards.

- Diagnose and resolve system problems in a timely and effective manner.

- Mandatory experience with Azure Cloud Services including serverless components like Function Apps, messaging services like Service Bus and Event Hubs, and developing APIs and Microservices.

- Utilize knowledge of data services, with Azure SQL being an advantageous skill.

- Work with WinForms (nice to have) experience in the context of supporting or migrating legacy front-ends.

- Engage with, review, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the refinement process within the SCRUM framework.

- Proactively identify areas of risk and improvement in both code and process, and proactively seek resolution.

- Provide size estimates for tasks where required, demonstrating technical understanding of complexity.

- Effectively communicate task progress and difficulties to technical peers (developers) and non-technical stakeholders (BAs, everyman terms).

- Build strong working relationships with other team members (BAs, Developers, Testers) and work effectively with guidance from Senior Developers and Technical Leads.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Experience :

- At least 6 years as a .NET Full Stack Developer (Demonstrable).

- ASP.NET, .NET 4.0 or above, .NET Core 3.x, Microsoft SQL Server.

- Demonstrated experience with Azure Cloud Services (Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hubs, APIs, Microservices).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure SQL database services.

- Experience migrating legacy systems (e.g., WinForms, older .NET versions) to modern architectures (.NET Core, Azure).

- Proficiency in front-end development (JavaScript, Angular, React) for the full-stack component.

- Experience working in large platform teams (10- 14 people) in an Agile environment.
