Job Title : Practice Lead - Integration

Job Summary :
We are looking for a seasoned Integration Practice Led to head our internal integration initiatives and drive architectural excellence across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integration platforms, a strong background in solution architecture, and proven experience in building and leading high-performing integration teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Integration Practice and define the strategic roadmap for enterprise integration initiatives.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of integration architects and developers.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance models for integration development and deployment.
- Evaluate and recommend integration tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, etc.).
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the integration landscape.
- Ensure alignment of integration solutions with enterprise architecture and business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integration engagements when necessary.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure the reliability and availability of integration services.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 15 - 18 years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in integration architecture and leadership roles.
- Proven experience in leading integration practices or CoEs in mid to large-scale enterprises.
- Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with one or more integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.) and their integration requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft Certified Architect).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to cloud-native integration and hybrid cloud environments.
