Your new role: - We are seeking individuals who possess an unwavering determination to create a meaningful impact not only for our valued customers, but also within our close-knit team and across DBiz. As an Oracle Cloud Admin, you must have :
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including Compute, Networking, Storage, and Databases.
- Perform routine OCI administration tasks such as user management, backup & restore operations, patching, and system updates.
- Provide administration support for Oracle Cloud Tech-Stack involving - OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), ATP (Autonomous Databases), and Oracle SaaS - Fusion application configuration & user/role management.
- Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of OCI resources - OIC Integrations, SaaS configurations, VBCS/OPA deployments etc.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Handle incident management, service requests, and problem management as per SLAs.
- Collaborate with other support teams for complex escalations and problem resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation for all processes and troubleshooting steps.
- Follow change management and ITSM processes.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and compliance requirements.
Required Skills :
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration.
- Strong understanding of OCI Core Services - Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with monitoring tools and cloud security best practices.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- OCI Certifications (minimum - Architect Associate) are highly desirable.
