We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Tester to join our high-performing product team, responsible for end-to-end QA across customer-facing and internal products.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Functional, Regression, and System testing, applying excellent knowledge of QA methodologies.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes to develop comprehensive test plans, executing manual and automated (desirable) tests across systems, integration, and UAT phases, documenting bugs with high detail, and demonstrating strong debugging and problem-solving skills within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables :

End-to-End Testing and QA Methodologies :

- Manage the end-to-end testing of new products and enhancements across our customer acquisition and in-life products, specifically targeting CRM functionality.

- Apply Excellent knowledge of test methodologies and QA processes across the entire development lifecycle.

- Experience leading end-to-end testing including systems, integration, regression, UAT, and UI testing across a range of environments.

- Create and execute manual and automated tests according to the established test plans, documenting bugs or errors with sufficient detail (Automation is only good to have).

Integration, Data Quality, and Debugging :

- Testing integration between internal systems/software and third-party systems and applications relevant to the CRM ecosystem.

- Demonstrate Experience in data quality analysis and remediation to ensure data integrity within the CRM platform.

- Apply Strong debugging skills to effectively identify, analyze root causes of issues, and clearly Report bugs and errors to development teams.

Collaboration and Agile Practice :

- Work closely with product and development teams to identify test requirements and test scenarios based on business needs.

- Understand, analyse, and validate business processes, systems, and requirements to develop comprehensive test plans.

- Work collaboratively within our delivery team and the wider business to implement new features and enhancements.

- Have experience of Agile development methodology (e., Scrum, Kanban).

- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing to verify successful deployment in production environments.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Testing Expertise : Experience in Functional, Regression/Smoke testing and System testing using manual techniques.

- Process : Excellent knowledge of test methodologies and QA processes and experience leading end-to-end testing (Systems, Integration, UAT).

- Domain : Experience testing integration between internal systems/software and third-party systems.

- Analysis : Experience in data quality analysis and Strong debugging skills.

- Methodology : Have experience of Agile development methodology.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Automated testing tools (Selenium desirable).

- Working knowledge of Azure platforms (desirable but not essential).

- Demonstrable problem-solving skills, attention to detail, customer driven mindset, and ability to think outside the box
