Job Purpose :

Drive strategic leadership and execution of ERP and Quality Systems initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites and countries. This role combines project management excellence with deep functional expertise in SAP, LIMS, e-QMS and other systems. Lead a geographically distributed team, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

SAP S4 and Quality System Oversight :

- Own and evolve the SAP QM, TM/PM, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and other quality-related platforms solutions.

- Act as IT Process Owner of the above mentioned areas.

- Ensure integration of quality systems with SAP and MES environments to support end-to-end traceability and compliance.

- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to meet industry and legal standards.

Team Leadership :

- Manage and mentor a diverse team of ERP and quality systems professionals across different countries.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Align team objectives with global IT and business strategies.

Change & Stakeholder Management :

- Champion change management initiatives to support digital transformation in manufacturing and quality domains.

- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

- Provide training, documentation, and support to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes.

Project Management :

- Act as project manager for end-to-end S4 implementations and enhancements as part of the global SAP Datwyler Program.

- Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple countries, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business and IT leadership.

- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and communications for complex, multi-site initiatives.

Operational Excellence :

- Provide 2nd-level support for SAP QM, PM/TM and related modules.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL/COBIT frameworks and internal governance policies.

Skills & Technical Competences & Behaviors :

- A proven Master level of working and thinking in Business, Information Services, or Computer Science.

- 10 years of relevant experience.

- Proven track record in managing international teams and complex IT projects.

- Proven people management skills.

- Thorough knowledge of the SAP Quality and Production Planning modules with solid design and configuration skills with the relevant SAP certifications.

- Good knowledge of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).

- Good knowledge about the integration points with MM, WM and LIMS.

- Good knowledge of application development methodology.

- Good knowledge of ITIL or COBIT frameworks.

- Knowledge on Integration with shop floor system and MES SAP MII.

- Thorough knowledge of MS Office and company specific software.

- Fluent communication skills, verbal and written in English.

- Willingness to travel.

- Experience with eQMS systems like Compliance Quest is a plus.
