About the Role :
We are hiring a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and Kubernetes. You will lead an engineering team, design scalable cloud-native platforms, and drive engineering excellence using AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design & implement cloud-native microservices architectures on Kubernetes (EKS / AKS)
- Build & optimize large-scale distributed systems ensuring high availability & fault tolerance
- Drive adoption of AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, etc.)
- Conduct design & code reviews to ensure best practices
- Collaborate with product & business teams to align technical direction
- Lead, mentor & grow the engineering team
Requirements :
- 6+ years experience in building and scaling distributed systems in production
- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems
- Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production
- Deep understanding of messaging, fault tolerance, consensus, consistency
- Proficient in at least two programming languages (Python, Node.js, etc.)
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure & security best practices
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
