Job Title : Senior Software Tester / QA Engineer (All Forms)

Location : On-site (Client-facing role)

Work Mode : Full-time | Long hours as required

Preference : Male candidates preferred (field & extended-hour requirements)

Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced, accountable, and detail-obsessed Software Tester who takes full ownership of product quality. This role is not limited to test executionyou are personally responsible for ensuring that every delivery is supreme, flawless, and client-ready.

This is a serious role for serious professionals who are willing to work long hours, take pressure, and stand by their output.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end testing ownership : manual, automation, functional, regression, integration, system, UAT

- Test web, mobile, API, backend, databases, AI/ML systems, dashboards, and platforms

- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

- Identify, document, track, and drive closure of defectsno loose ends

- Perform performance, load, stress, and security testing where required

- Validate deployments, hotfixes, and production releases

- Ensure zero critical issues reach the client

- Work closely with developers, product, and client stakeholders

- Be available during client reviews, demos, and critical deliveries

- Take full accountability for qualityno excuses, no handoffs

Required Skills & Knowledge :

- Strong experience in Manual Testing (must)

- Automation testing knowledge (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)

- API testing (Postman, REST, JSON)

- Database testing (SQL, data validation)

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

- Experience testing AI/ML or data-driven systems is a strong plus

- Knowledge of performance & security testing is an advantage

- Excellent bug analysis and reproduction skills

- Strong documentation and reporting discipline

Experience Requirement :

- 5+ years overall testing experience

- Proven track record of handling complex, production-grade systems

- Experience in client-facing or mission-critical projects preferred
