About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Professional who can work independently and lead AI projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have experience across a wide range of AI tools, frameworks, and applications, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions across diverse domains.

- Work independently to manage AI projects from concept to implementation.

- Utilize and integrate various AI tools (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Reinforcement Learning, Recommendation Systems).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data preparation, model development, testing, and deployment.

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Document processes, models, and workflows for team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.

- Proficiency in Python and major AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.).

Experience with multiple AI domains :

- Natural Language Processing (NLP)

- Computer Vision

- Generative AI (text, image, audio, video)

- Predictive Analytics & Forecasting

- Reinforcement Learning

- Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred :

- Candidates based in Gurugram or Delhi.

- Prior experience in leading AI projects from scratch.

- Exposure to AI integration in enterprise environments.
