Job Title: QA Tester (Manual & Automation)

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Tester who is proficient in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. You must have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for manual and automated testing.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.

- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and user stories.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Ensure software quality by adhering to QA best practices and standards.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.

- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, JMeter, Git, etc.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

- Good knowledge of SQL and backend/API testing.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Must Have:

- Familiarity with performance testing and security testing.

- ISTQB or other QA certifications
