Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - NetSuite (Techno-Functional) to support and implement NetSuite ERP solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, hands-on support experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to resolve complex functional and technical issues. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, ticket-based support models, and SLA-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

NetSuite Support & Implementation :

- Provide techno-functional support and implementation services for NetSuite ERP with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience.

- Handle L2/L3 support tickets, incident resolution, service requests, and system enhancements across NetSuite modules.

- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely and effective solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of NetSuite functional modules to ensure system stability and performance.

Business & Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Act as a primary point of contact for business users and process owners.

- Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, ticket requirements, and functional gaps.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.

- Provide regular status updates, ticket progress reports, and risk communication to stakeholders.

Financial & Functional Expertise :

- Demonstrate strong understanding of financial business operations, including accounting, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and reporting.

- Support functional configurations and validations across relevant NetSuite financial modules.

Governance, Security & Compliance :

- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in line with organizational and client policies.

- Follow SLAs, contractual obligations, and support processes consistently.

- Maintain high-quality documentation for configurations, issues, and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in NetSuite techno-functional roles.

- Strong experience in NetSuite support, enhancements, and implementations.

- Solid understanding of financial systems and ERP business processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

- Strong business communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

- Experience working in ticket-based support environments with SLA-driven delivery models.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- NetSuite certifications (Functional or Technical).

- Experience working with global or enterprise-scale NetSuite environments.

- Exposure to integrations, workflows, and reporting tools within NetSuite.
