Role Overview :


We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant - Oracle Cloud Financials to lead end-to-end implementations and provide functional expertise across Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules.

This role requires strong business acumen in finance, hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP experience, and the ability to drive successful client engagements through solution design, configuration, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :


- Implementation Leadership : Lead and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP Financials projects covering modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

- Functional Expertise : Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud Financials solutions; configure and validate applications to align with client needs.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide best practices, and advise on solution options, risks, and impacts.

- Documentation & Testing : Prepare BRDs, design documents, validation scripts, and testing scenarios; support clients in executing test scripts and validating configurations.

- Integration Support : Work with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP with other business systems.

- Training & Change Management : Deliver user training and support knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and organizational standards across all financial systems.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with Oracle Cloud Financials releases and updates; share knowledge and contribute to evolving implementation methodologies.

- Project Governance : Provide timely status updates, issue resolution, and support project managers in ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills :


- 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion/Cloud) with at least 3+ end-to-end implementations.

- Strong knowledge of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and related reporting.

- Experience in Oracle ERP configurations, RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

- Ability to prepare and validate functional design, test cases, and training materials.

- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of EPM, OIC, or integrations is an added advantage.

- Oracle Financials Cloud Certification preferred
