We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Upgrade Testing and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) Testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end functional testing across multiple implementation projects, with a deep understanding of SCM business processes and Oracle application testing methodologies. You will work closely with clients, onsite teams, and offshore resources to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with business requirements and Datavail standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Lead and execute functional, integration, and regression testing for Oracle EBS upgrade projects and Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios, test scripts, and test data for all SCM process cycles, including but not limited to :

- Order Management

- Procurement

- Inventory Management

- Manufacturing

- Shipping & Receiving

- Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and complies with project quality standards.

- Perform defect tracking, triage, and resolution coordination using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Oracle Test Manager.

Project Implementation Support :

- Contribute to at least 4 full lifecycle implementations involving Oracle EBS Upgrades and SCM Cloud Testing.

- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to ensure accurate requirement-to-test mapping.

- Support data validation and reconciliation activities during migration or cutover phases.

Stakeholder Coordination :

- Serve as the primary liaison between offshore testing teams, onsite client stakeholders, and cross-functional project members.

- Conduct daily status calls, defect review meetings, and progress updates for client reporting.

- Manage test execution schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Documentation & Reporting :

- Prepare detailed test execution reports, defect logs, and sign-off documentation in line with Datavails QA standards.

- Maintain testing traceability matrices to ensure alignment between requirements, test cases, and results.

- Provide periodic status reports to internal leadership and client project managers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle application testing, with significant exposure to Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

- 4+ full-cycle implementation experience in EBS upgrade and Cloud SCM testing projects.

- Strong knowledge of SCM process flows, including procurement, order-to-cash, inventory, and manufacturing.

- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Oracle Test Manager).

- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.

- Solid understanding of testing methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and test automation exposure (Oracle Application Testing Suite OATS is a plus).

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

- Strong communication skills for effective client and team collaboration.
