Roles and Responsibilities :

We are looking for Oracle EBS 11.8 techno Functional consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of EBS experience and Oracle Cloud ERP experience would be desirable Must have a good understanding of the Oracle EBS BOM, Kitting, inventory management and SCM accounting capabilities.

Description :

- Position is for a Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle EBS Financial Applications with specific focus on Projects-Contracts.

- Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests.

- The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.

- Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle EBS Suite of products preferred in Financials ERP application modules and business processes.

- Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMLI/RICE objects.

- After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.

- The key skills used daily are high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.

This work includes :

- Work directly with Customers for

- Advising on complex use of Oracle products.

- Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues.

- Creation/review of Knowledge Articles.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP EBS implementation & support.

- Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance EBS implementations or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME.

- Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules EBS Financial Modules like Inventory, BOM, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Accounting.

- Should have Strong SCM business processes knowledge and concepts.

- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS BOM/Inventory/SCM.

- Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.

- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS Financials.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
