About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Support Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management processes and hands-on support experience in Oracle SCM Cloud applications. This role will be part of our Enterprise Applications Cloud ERP practice at Datavail, providing mission-critical functional support for global clients during US EST business hours.

You will play a key role in resolving user tickets, managing month-end close processes, conducting reconciliations, and executing patch testing, ensuring seamless supply chain operations for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who thrive in client-facing environments, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a deep understanding of Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management modules within Oracle Cloud SCM.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional support for Oracle SCM Cloud modules including Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management (OM).

- Troubleshoot and resolve user tickets related to system issues, business processes, and configuration.

- Support month-end closing activities including reconciliation, exception handling, and system validations.

- Perform patch testing, regression testing, and system validations post-upgrades and quarterly releases.

- Collaborate with business users and process owners to analyze requirements, capture pain points, and recommend solutions.

- Document functional issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge base enrichment.

- Work closely with Oracle Support (SRs) to drive resolution of system defects or enhancement requests.

- Partner with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are translated accurately into system configurations.

- Adhere to SLAs and ITIL-based support processes while ensuring service excellence.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Cloud ERP practice.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Support.

- Strong knowledge of Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management modules.

- Proven experience with month-end closing processes, reconciliations, and reporting support.

- Expertise in patch validation, regression testing, and quarterly release management.

- Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend optimization opportunities.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

- Willingness to work in Night Shift (US EST hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST).
