Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud SCM (Fusion) implementation and support projects, with end-to-end ownership of functional tracks.
- Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and automation.
- Prepare and maintain detailed functional documentation, including BRDs, solution design documents, setup configurations, test cases, and training manuals.
- Perform functional configurations and setups in Oracle Cloud SCM modules such as :
Procurement (Self Service, Purchasing, Sourcing) :
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Warehouse Management
- Supplier Portal
Contracts
- Support integration activities between SCM modules and other Oracle or third-party applications.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide training and support to key business users.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure functional and integration requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical Consultants to deliver holistic enterprise-wide solutions.
- Stay current on Oracle SCM Cloud updates and new features, and provide recommendations for adoption.
Required Skills and Experience
- 58 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation and support projects.
- Proven track record in at least 23 full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
- Expertise in configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and other SCM-related areas.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, procurement strategies, inventory controls, and order fulfillment cycles.
- Experience in functional design, data migration, testing strategies, and training delivery.
- Ability to interact with senior business stakeholders and manage client expectations.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud quarterly release features and patch analysis.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or FRS is a plus.
- Familiarity with integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
