About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Datatex ERP Project Lead to oversee the end-to-end implementation, operations, and optimization of our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and functional expertise in Datatex ERP, coupled with leadership experience in managing large-scale IT and ERP initiatives within the Apparel/Textile industry.

Key Responsibilities

- ERP Implementation & Management : Lead full lifecycle implementation and post-go-live support of Datatex ERP, ensuring system stability and business alignment.

- Operations Oversight : Manage ERP operations, upgrades, and integrations with related business applications.

- Technical Leadership : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure ERP architecture.

- IT Infrastructure Management : Oversee servers, networks, and overall IT infrastructure performance to ensure smooth ERP operations.

- Security & Compliance : Conduct periodic network and data security audits; ensure compliance with IT security standards and data protection policies.

- Issue Resolution : Identify and troubleshoot system issues; implement permanent corrective actions to improve reliability.

- Reporting & Analytics : Generate management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

- User Training & Support : Provide technical guidance and user training to ensure effective system utilization across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience in Datatex ERP implementation (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of ERP modules, data migration, and process mapping.

- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and data security protocols.

- Exposure to Apparel/Textile manufacturing processes and business workflows.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
