Role & responsibilities :

- Hands on attitude when mentoring/helping other team members Exposure to software development especially Web and Mobile Design software high level as well as detailed design

- Interact with customers, gather requirements and take over as a Scrum Master

- Take on all challenges of productization and project management; lead the dev team with example

- Responsible for delivery deadlines

- Responsible for estimating new proposals

- Suggests smart technical solutions to meet client requirements efficiently

- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients

- Champion a responsive and stack-agnostic approach to modern software development.

- Should be proficient in Agile methodologies.

Essential Skill Sets :

- Should have hands on experience in web technologies or mobile application

- Should have knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services.

- Should have knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL, concurrency, security, encryption, HTTPS etc.

- Should be comfortable with multiple technology stacks on both front-end and back-end.
