- Implementation, configuration, customization, and development of various components in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.

- Analyze business requirements and provide optimal solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.

- Design and develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and client-side scripts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions with business processes.

- Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Support CI/CD pipeline management and deployment activities for Dynamics 365 solutions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Strong techno-functional experience, particularly with Dynamics CE Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Strong knowledge of .NET and C# for writing custom plugins and workflow activities.

- Experience with JavaScript for client-side scripting and Ribbon Workbench.

- Good understanding of Azure functions and experience managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Preferred :

- Experience with Power Virtual Agent and Dynamics 365 Omnichannel.
