Job Title : GenAI Lead (Python + LLM + RAG + LangChain)

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid / Onsite Options)

Experience : 8 - 12 Years Total | 2 - 4 Years Relevant in GenAI / LLM

Role Overview :

We are looking for a GenAI Technical Lead who can architect, build and lead a team delivering end-to-end LLM-based AI products including RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and AI-driven automation.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with strong Python engineering, deep knowledge of LLMs, and experience leading GenAI development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of 4-6 AI engineers in developing Generative AI solutions.

- Architect and implement LLM-based applications using GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.

- Build RAG pipelines chunking, embeddings, context store, ranking, relevance improvements.

- Develop autonomous/agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks.

- Integrate vector search systems (Weaviate / Pinecone / FAISS) with LLM applications.

- Design and deploy Python-based microservices for production AI workloads.

- Integrate GenAI systems with front-end UIs / enterprise applications using REST or GraphQL APIs.

- Deploy solutions securely across Azure / AWS / GCP with monitoring and CI/CD.

- Ensure model evaluation using LLM metrics, guardrails, and responsible AI best practices.

- Mentor and upskill team members on AI coding standards and production processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong Python with hands-on coding of LLM/GenAI pipelines

- LangChain / Agentic AI / Prompt Chaining (must-have)

- RAG implementation experience (end-to-end, not theoretical)

- Experience with vector databases : FAISS / Pinecone / Weaviate / Chroma

- Cloud deployments : Azure / AWS / GCP

- REST API / FastAPI / Microservices

- Embeddings, tokenization, semantic search performance tuning

- Exposure to Databricks / Docker / Kubernetes (good to have)

Good to Have :

- LLM fine-tuning (SFT / LoRA)

- Knowledge of Power BI / Microsoft Fabric / Snowflake

- Experience in BFSI, Retail, Telecom, or Enterprise AI delivery

- Certifications in AI/ML / Cloud
