Role Overview :

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting full-stack applications with Generative AI capabilities. This role involves close collaboration with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and support full-stack applications integrated with Generative AI

- Implement and optimize AI models for text, image, and automation use cases

- Build and maintain robust APIs for AI-enabled applications

- Develop intuitive UI components for AI-powered features

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and DevOps teams

- Implement MLOps/DevOps practices to deploy and monitor AI pipelines

- Lead technical solutions for GenAI experiments within the squad

- Handle L0/L1 production support for AI bots

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure end-to-end delivery

- Continuously explore new AI tools, frameworks, and models

Required Experience & Skills :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in application development and design

- Strong full stack development experience :

1. Frontend : React, HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, WebPack

2. Backend : Python, Spark, API development

3. Databases : SQL & NoSQL

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud

- Services: Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker, LLMs

- Experience delivering Generative AI solutions (e.g., RAG-based chatbots)

- Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and coding skills

- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases

- PgVector, Kendra, FAISS

- Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices :

1. Git, CI/CD pipelines

2. Docker, Kubernetes

3. Terraform

- Experience with Amazon QuickSight

- Familiarity with cloud-based ML environments (AWS preferred)

- Agile development experience

Qualifications :

- B.Tech / MCA

- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in full stack and AI-driven application development

Good to Have :

- AWS Developer Associate or similar certification

- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications
