About Role : Sr. Project Success Specialist - DataCenter (Nutanix & VMware)

A Project Success Specialist for Datacenter plays a key role in delivering high-quality datacenter solutions and services. This position requires strong technical expertise and project management skills, along with a customer-centric approach to ensure successful implementations.

1 . Technical Expertise :

Datacenter Technologies :

- Strong knowledge of core datacenter technologies, including Servers, Storage, VMware, Nutanix, Commvault/Veeam/Dell DPS, and Checkpoint/Fortinet, along with Windows Server.

Cloud Integration :

- Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures and how on-premise datacenter solutions integrate with public clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Virtualization and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) :

- Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and HCI platforms (e.g., Nutanix).

Data Management and Protection :

- Expertise in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Commvault, Veeam).

Network Security :

- Good understanding of network security technologies, especially Fortinet and Checkpoint.

Infrastructure Design :

- Ability to design and implement datacenter solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

2. Project Management :

Project Execution :

- Experience in managing datacenter projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Methodologies :

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Risk Management :

- Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with datacenter projects.

Process Improvement :

- Commitment to continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.
