Datacenter Architect - Virtualization

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data center infrastructure design and operations.

- Proficiency with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and cluster-level high availability setups.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS), backup/restore solutions, and disaster recovery planning.

- Experience with LLD/HLD creation, including IP schema, firewall policy mapping, and physical rack layouts.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and DCIM platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, NetBox, Schneider DCIM).

- Solid understanding of network security principles, zero trust architecture, and data protection mechanisms.

- Proven experience in hybrid cloud integration and connectivity design (VPNs, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute).

- Hands-on experience with database migrations and replication strategies across SQL and NoSQL platforms.

- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards relevant to infrastructure (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
