We are hiring an experienced Databricks Developer to join a high-performing data engineering team supporting large-scale insurance data platforms. The role involves designing and optimizing Spark-based data pipelines on Databricks, working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality analytics solutions on Azure.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark on Databricks.

- Build and manage ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple sources.

- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver robust data solutions.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and performance across all pipelines.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks notebooks, jobs, and clusters.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in data engineering or big data development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Apache Spark, PySpark, and SQL.

- Proven experience working on the Databricks platform (notebooks, jobs, clusters).

- Experience with Azure cloud services, preferably Azure Data Lake.

- Working knowledge of CI/CD practices and version control tools such as Git.
