About The Role

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in client calls, demos, and discussions to understand project goals, scope, and timelines.

- Develop responsive, pixel-perfect UI components using React.js, Next.js, and custom CSS/SCSS.

- Architect and implement SSR, SSG, and ISR patterns in Next.js to optimize performance and SEO.

- Collaborate with designers to convert wireframes and prototypes (Figma/Sketch/XD) into production-

ready interfaces.

- Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and frontend tooling as needed.

- Write scalable, maintainable, and testable frontend code following best practices.

- Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Troubleshoot bugs, cross-browser issues, and performance bottlenecks.

- Ensure mobile responsiveness and user-centric design in all frontend features.

- Stay updated with frontend technologies and advocate for improvements within the team.

Technical Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design principles.

- Proficiency in custom CSS, animation, transitions, and modular styling approaches (e.g., CSS Modules,

Styled-Components).

- Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.

- Experience with modern UI and component libraries: Tailwind, Material UI, Ant Design, etc.

- Integration experience with form libraries like Formik, React Hook Form, and validation tools like Yup.

- Proficiency with tools and libraries: Axios, Lodash, Framer Motion, Chart.js, Moment.js, D3.js.

- Hands-on knowledge of Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, and browser debugging tools.

- Strong understanding of SSR/SSG with Next.js for performance and SEO.

- Experience with writing unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Version control using Git and exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have :

- Familiarity with Headless CMS like Contentful, Strapi, or Sanity.

- Experience with i18n using libraries like next-i18next.

- Backend experience using Node.js, Express, or similar REST API frameworks.

- Experience deploying applications on Vercel, AWS, Firebase, or using Docker.

- Exposure to monorepos, micro-frontends, or tools like Turborepo or Nx.
